About My Coaching and Myself

A Sanctuary to Put Down Your Luggage
Midst the hustle and bustle of daily life, you can find a quiet sanctuary—like a hidden mountain hermitage—without letting go of your responsibilities or joys.
It's like stepping into a deep forest to greet the trees, listen to the wind, and tune into your own heart. And you don't need a long journey to get there.
Coaching is that very sanctuary—a place to pause, breathe, and think.
So, put down your heavy luggage, and let's talk. This hermitage is here for you.
Living in foreign cultures, I sometimes lost connection with that quiet space. In those moments, words became my anchor—whether it was talking to someone, journaling my thoughts, or reading ancient masterpieces.
No matter what happens, how you handle the situation is up to you. Will you stand firm with your roots solidly in the soil, or will you be easily blown away?
Inner peace is the very soil where you can firmly plant your roots.
